Project Description
The collaboration between VISIONSYS and GASCO represents a pivotal effort to maintain and optimize the IT infrastructure for the Abu Dhabi Gas Industries. VISIONSYS was entrusted with providing IT cabling and associated services to support the installation and relocation of networking equipment across various sites, including Ruwais and Habshan. This project aimed to enhance GASCO’s IT capabilities, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient operations.
Scope of Works:
IT Cabling Services: VISIONSYS provided extensive IT cabling services designed to accommodate the complex IT requirements of GASCO’s operations. This included the installation of cabling infrastructure to support the seamless transmission of data and information across multiple locations.
Installation and Relocation of Networking Equipment: The project encompassed the installation and relocation of networking equipment. VISIONSYS played a pivotal role in ensuring that networking equipment was positioned optimally to maximize connectivity and functionality, meeting GASCO’s specific operational needs.
Multiple Site Coverage: The project covered various GASCO sites, including Ruwais and Habshan, underscoring the scale and importance of the project. Tecnologia have been working with Paysafe since November 2020 in 2 key workstreams: Automation Delivery and Mobile Chatbot Migration, supporting the Paysafe Automation365 team specialising in Cognitive and Robotic Automation.
Automation Delivery – Tecnologia are working with the Paysafe Automation365 team to identify, design, build, test and deploy automated solutions using UiPath Automation Software. Thus far Tecnologia have delivered 28 Automations across 3 core business functions: Merchant Services, Consumer Services and Risk.
Mobile ChatBot Migration – Tecnologia led the migration of chatbots from a web browser platform to mobile platforms (Android and iOS). In addition to this, Tecnologia has implemented an intermediate communication layer to enable a seamless handoff between chatbot and live agent providers to win and support new deals.
